FACTS TO CONSIDER IN SCRIPTURE

Fact 1 Christ Will Judge!
Ro 2:16 In the day when God shall judge
the secrets of men by Jesus Christ
according to my gospel.
2Ti 4:1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus
Christ,
who shall judge
the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
Fact 2 All Men Will Stand Before
God!
Re 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand
before God;
and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book
of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in
the books, according to their works.
Fact 3 God's Word Will Judge Men!
Joh 12:48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth
him: the word
that I have spoken, the same shall judge
him in the last day.
Fact 4 Two Things Presented
First -- God's Standard, The Scripture
Rev 20:12 ...another book was opened, which is the book of life:

Php 4:3 And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women
which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with
other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book
of
life.
Re 3:5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment;
and I will not blot out his name out of the book
of
life,
but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
Re 13:8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose
names are not written in the book
of
life
of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
Re 17:8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend
out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on
the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book
of
life
from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and
is not, and yet is.
Re 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the
books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book
of
life:
and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the
books, according to their works.
Re 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book
of
life
was cast into the lake of fire.
Re 21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that
defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh
a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book
of
life.
Re 22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of
this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book
of
life,
and out of the holy city, and from the things which are
written in this book.
Second -- Every Fact Will Be
Revealed
Pr 24:12 If thou sayest, Behold, we knew it not; doth not he that
pondereth the heart consider it? and he that keepeth thy soul, doth
not he know it? and shall not he render to every
man according
to his works?
Mt 12:36 But I say unto you, That every idle word
that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
Fact 5 None To Give A Defense -- Every Mouth Will Be
Stopped
Ro 3:19 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them
who are under the law: that every mouth
may be stopped,
and all the world may become guilty before God.
Fact 6 There Will Be Only One Adequate Line of
Defense
- Admit Guilt
Ps 32:5 I acknowledged my sin
unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess
my transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin.
Selah.
- Believe on Christ -- Jesus Christ
Is Truly Lord and God
Joh 20:31 But these are written, that ye might believe
that Jesus is the Christ,
the Son of God; and that believing ye
might have life through his name.
Rom 10:9
That if thou shalt confess with thy
mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe
in thine heart that God hath raised
him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
More Scripture that proves Christ is
God.
- Believe on Christ -- Jesus Christ Is The
Redeemer.
Ro 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption
that is in Christ Jesus:
25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in
his blood, to declare his righteousness
for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and
the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
- Personally Ask -- You Must Personally
Ask Christ to Save You
Ro 10:10
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth
confession is made unto salvation.
13 For whosoever shall call upon the
name of the Lord shall be saved.
