249 Section 33. When Talut set forth with the armies, he said: "Allah will test you at the stream: If any drinks of its water, he goes not with my army: Only those who taste not of it go with me: A mere sip out of the hand is excused." But they all drank of it, except a few. When they crossed the river, —he and the faithful ones with him, —They said: "This day we cannot cope with Goliath and his forces." But those who were convinced that they must meet Allah, Said: "How oft, by Allah’s will, hath a small force vanquished a big one? Allah is with those who steadfastly persevere."
2:57 And We gave you the shade of clouds and sent down to you Manna and quails, saying: "Eat of the good things We have provided for you:" (But they rebelled); to Us they did no harm, but they harmed their own souls.
3:35 Behold! A woman of Imran said: "O my Lord! I do dedicate unto Thee what is in my womb for Thy special service: So accept this of me: For Thou hearest and knowest all things."
5:19 In blasphemy indeed are those that say that Allah is Christ the son of Mary. Say "Who then hath the least power against Allah, if His Will were to destroy Christ the son of Mary, his mother, and all—every one that is on the earth? For to Allah belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between. He createth what He pleaseth. For Allah hath power over all things."

KORAN Text File DISCLAIMER
The KORAN module is primarily intended for those doing evangelical
missionary work among the Moslem people or for those who wish to know
more about what the Moslems believe. The authors of the Online Bible
do not endorse anything written in the Koran unless it agrees
completely with the infallible Word of God, the Bible.
Koran Module-Shareware Version:
The Shareware Version the Koran contains full text of the Koran
as translated by Abdullah Yusuf Ali. It does not contain his
Commentary, Introductions or Footnotes. An extensive set of topics
may be found at topic 30000.
The Commentary, Introductions and Footnotes are being
incorporated into a new version of the Koran Module for the Online
Bible. This module is now in work. We expect release in early 1994.
This version will not be released as Shareware.
