The Scripture: Matthew 6:9-13

After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, 1A-Hallowed be thy name. [10] 2A-Thy kingdom come. 3A-Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. [11] 4A-Give us this day our daily bread. [12] And 5A-forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. [13] 6A-And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

After I Pray for Myself: I now desire to
pray for Others, I desire to Choose a Verse to Meditate on, I desire to Choose a Song to sing for this day! See the Simplified Prayer Notebook Outline Return to Front Page

The Lord's Prayer is often quoted, but seldom understood and often spoken in vain, since it is not thought upon while its words are repeated. Yet it is the manner in which the Lord said we should pray.
