Wow... THANK YOU. I'll print this out for them and show them some soft cloths we have already. Have a great time at your wedding event for someone special enough to you to go to it wherever it is. And please pray for our oldest missionary family. Br. Rick Conrad has died of a sudden heart attack in Japan. Trista Esch Hummel Hi~ Josh and I will be out of town (for a family wedding) this weekend, so I won't see you at church. So, I thought I'd send you a message. I'm glad you asked about cleaning the piano because it's best NOT to use any cleaners on a piano. It can be dusted with a soft rag (something like microfiber or some fabric that in non-abrasive, so it leaves no scratches in the varnish). I think there may be a special cleaning rag for the piano in one of the benches actually. When the piano gets smudges on it (from fingerprints or whatever), you can use a cloth like what is used to clean computers to rub the smudges off. It's also OK to use a slightly damp rag on the smudges, as long as you dry the wet spots right away. But a damp rag should never be used inside the piano - only on the case or the keys and only if needed. The inside of the piano should not really need to be cleaned ever. If the inside of the piano gets particularly dusty or anything, the tuner will do a cleaning with his own tools, designed not to harm the thousands of moving wooden parts inside the instrument. Let me know if you have any other questions! And tell the young ladies cleaning the piano that it's a blessing to know someone cares and is taking responsibility for it! Blessings, Trista
