Celebrating 20 years in 2007!
We would like to thank you, our loyal clients, for helping us to complete our 19th consecutive year of service to Central Connecticut homes and offices. We actually began service officially on November 6, 1986 working part-time for another janitorial contractor. By February of the following year we were starting our own first office. We have always enjoyed cleaning and have determined to stay loyal to our client base. We'd really like to express our appreciation to our clients. We have been cleaning one office since 1987! 
Our Wall Calendars
If you use our wall calendars for appointments, you'll probably want one before 2007. This year we purchased them early so we could give them out early as we clean for our clients. If you would like yours early you are welcome to drop by our office to get one as a Christmas gift from us. We welcome your call. We also try to keep static dusters on the truck for those who have never received one. We've found them the perfect compliment to our carpet cleaning service, and as useful as a vacuum. We can purchase you one of our favorite vacuums now for over 19 years. The cost is only about $135.00 for a Hoover PortaPower.™

New Certification for Stone
In August I attended a school to renew my certification license. Among the trends of today is a shift toward stone flooring instead of carpet or vinyl. The school taught us how to clean the various types of stone from ceramic tile to clay and terrazzo to granite. It is refreshing to hear more about the profession and to be better able to serve our clients. I am also interested in getting another certification from a newer school, for the hard floor [vinyl] technician. This has been a long time wish since I have cleaned and restored vinyl tile as long as I've cleaned carpets. 

Christine My Favorite Helper
It has been a blessing for my wife to work along side of me for our jobs. We celebrated 18 wonderful years of marriage on August 13th. 

Encapsulation Fascination
Each year our cleaning technology advances to new heights. Recent articles in our tech magazines tell us these detergents are revolutionary and reviving the validity of some "low-moisture" methods.
