Rejoicing in the LOVE AND PRAYERS AND VISITS OF FRIENDS SPIRITUAL FAMILIES AND REMOTE PRAYER WARRIORS. Thanks to all who brought these beautiful flowers 💐 and gifts! God also showed up again by KEEPING a sun "spotlight" on only the buildings of downtown Hartford throughput a cloudy forecast all afternoon! How does that happen when wind blows them every which way? ==== Here's our update... 1) surgery begins prepping @8:30am 2) about 9 anethiologist prepping done. 3) about 10am will be incision time. 4) tumor removal expected through about 12-1 pm. 5) wrap-up and closing of incision 2-3pm 6) recovery room step-down and transfer to an ICU room on 1st floor. MRI was called "functional" because they used a special MR machine with exercises to identify unique brain functionality locations to avoid during tumor removal. Amazing technical expertise. A 3rd neurosurgeon gave us the above details. We are truly amazed at their universal cordially and flexibility for who I call our "shooting star" queen of Christian life! I am connecting anyone God puts in mind before this God attending event for His glory! Seeing the buildings spotlight referred to above keeps reminding me of the Sovereignty of God to make Himself known. May we all praise Him as we look to Him! God bless you all! 10/21/23 Thanks for watching and praying. If you've been praying that seizures be gone, they seem to return when sedatives get lowered (gradually always) but nothing supernatural so far. My good friend, Cora, who is epileptic for long term, encourages patience, as her experience says its a very gradual process, not to rush (probably due to the sheer complexity of the brain) the drawback. When the brain fires back up is when seizure zone get active and when it does, that re-enters a danger, and then meds must be shot up. The whole idea is to get the brain functioning after swelling in done. That is our lot for these days, and yes it is difficult to see and comforting only by realizing Chris will not recall such days very likely. I say thank you to everyone praying and even visiting! Unfortunately while nurses perform this balancing act, a time has come for quiet and calm for Christine's sake. Visit the throne room is the viable alternative, and as always, be SPECIFIC. ?? Blessings on your church services tomorrow all of you, and if you don't attend THIS SUNDAY WOULD BE AN EXCELLENT WAY TO SEEK GOD'S FAVOR FOR HER. I PLAN THAT CHOICE, YOU SHOULD DO IT AS WELL, PLEASE, FOR MY 'CHRISTINE' ...
