2023 Nov 4, Saturday for the CT Lanyon Family in 2023

Note for updating purposes, edited, but (originally to our dear long time client become church and home focused mother for the Sciarra family)...

Cora, thank you for being such a medical nutritional STAND-IN for us. Communication is so tenuous sometimes for me but I thank God for English Composition I at BJU. It really forced me to get a vocabulary basis for my life.
Your text sections have been read and some things were misinterpreted, and I want to establish Dr. Kelly and the whole of treatment UConn has been to our family. Breath-takingly sensitive, thoughtful, professional and patient almost to a fault. The fact that "vitamin C" even came up is living proof they're not ramming a protocol down on us. They've looked at NIH articles and established a thoughtful approach cognizant of risks and admissions of it's benefits.
Neither have they "forced us" by time to do anything but recognize things that happen in similar circumstances.
Actually, they cooperate with everything we value.
Their eerie immediate identification and acknowledgement of 'glioblastoma' and the immediate and serious threat they saw in this vicious tumor straight from the pit of hell attacking the Queen organ of Christine is astounding to me.
Here's probably what will happen with our situation.
Christine with continue to get a sensitive ICU treatment as in the past. On hold by our request, as with the IV vitamin C request NOT being categorically rejected, the decision to or not to do trachostomy awaits our determination by family.
=====
I asked because of timing to let us LET GOD do what He clearly has been free to do: lead us. Revivals and spiritual times of resetting the priorities of Christian living in a fallen world will take place. We wait to hear Him through evangelistic sermon and team songs. [The Coffey Evangelistic Team arrives today at Truth Baptist Church for a banquet, and mini halfweek revival meetings until Wednesday.]

By Wednesday if not before we'll have God's pleasure in Christine's life going forward. Facebook has been a network of praise and gathering to prayer and I've read every post, mostly a chorus of requests to keep her preserved in her illustrious life of self sacrifice and extreme time redeeming priorities!
We all want her back to even greater show our appreciation.
Unpleasantly I have to acknowledge God's clear answer to all of those "specific" requests I've insisted upon. The answer has clearly been:

 'wait' or flat out 'no.'

Wednesday, through the "foolishness of preaching" we'll know which of those it is for Christine.

For now, A trachostomy is not, seeming to us, an honorable path respecting the wishes of her vibrant life due to risks with a highly malignant fast growing tumor that could leave her a bed bound vegetable uncognizant of anything around her.
BUT neither is it out of consideration.
IF we deny the tricostomy, the hospital "comfort nature's course" option is eliminating all hospital requirements and implementing all conceivable comforts. The tube will be removed and God will do His glorifying work in this event which is now unknown to us.

Should He choose to prolong her days, people will be free, young and old, to come visit and rejoice and celebrate in her presence.

By Wednesday the vitamin C treatment I suggested will either be visibly rewarding or God will say otherwise by the progression of her glioblastoma.
I would love for every child strictly previously forbidden to see Christine be allowed to see her.

Christine is a full organ donor and I'm envious of any recipients, especially of her heart.

But I end further speculations here.

And Saturday beckons me with its cares, after a few moments more of rest and reflection. A song we'll all probably hear is on Coffey's album, Just As I Am, I want you to learn and sing-theme for, today here:

As Long As You Are Glorified.
