After hearing about this Book from Pastor Matt Rowley

I decided to look online for it.

Very Excellent Book, it gives the sense of a balanced life of practiced and practical habits, including detailed tips like we've presented here at "A Prayer Notebook.net"

It deals with something that is elusive to most nominal Christians, and even many other older Christians who find themselves in a "rut" but lack a lot of fruitfulness, or the assurance of true worship as being in place.

I am going to re-hear it because it shows the results of a man who has learned to meditate, and shows it in his words.

I suggest every Christian hear it at least once. You have no excuse if you've visited this page during July, 2010.
