Reese Chronological Bible
This index file and *the divided Kingdom file enable you to read the Bible Chronologically without the internet by saving the above linked tab/hard-return text file [http://aprayernotebook.net/reese-cb/lists/rcb-entire-outline.txt ] and pasting into your favorite word processor, OR online by clicking the links below and using the Bible of your choice. [*The Divided kingdom is too complex to decipher in a text file.] Below the line are credits and links to the Internet Web Pages from which this Study was derived.
The outline is taken from the Reese Chronological Bible which is copyright.
You can get it at Christian Book one of our favorite suppliers. GOOD INVESTMENT!
Some of this section is copied from an expired domain credited below. If you purchase and read from the RCB [is KJV only] you will not have to turn to the many varied passages referenced in the outline to follow in the Bible.
Here are some charts scanned from our copy, but we recommend you get one copy of the Reese Chronological Bible for your own library while it is still in print.

PREVIEW
Did you know that the film used in a movie is actually comprised of thousands upon thousands of individual still pictures? When these pictures are shown in the correct sequence, they produce the effect of real-life motion, and the story is able to unfold correctly. What do you suppose would be the effect of taking those individual film frames and shuffling them like a deck of cards? The imagery and acting would be the same, even the length of the show would remain the same, but something would be lost, the essence of time sequence.
In many ways, studying the Bible can be like watching a movie of jumbled film frames. Moses who lived a long time after creation wrote about the creation. Job, who they say lived a long time before Moses, did not say anything about creation, and his book is after Moses’. Isaiah, who lived and wrote after Solomon told about how God kicked Satan out of heaven before Adam and Eve were created. And Daniel, who lived many years before Christ, wrote about the final seven years we call the Tribulation, which is still in the future. Wouldn’t it be great if someone organized all of these events into the sequence in which they occurred? Well, someone has. A man named Edward Reese.
Presenting a fresh, exciting approach to studying the Bible! This study will present the events of the Bible in chronological order based on the Reese Chronological Bible composed by Edward Reese. You will begin by reading about God’s pre-history followed by the creation, the flood, the nation of Israel , Christ’s life on earth, the early church, and the church age. You will end with Christ’s second coming and the vision of eternity to come where God and Jesus reign in heaven for ever and ever. The study will begin on January 1, and will end one year later. The easiest way to participate will be to obtain a Reese Chronological Bible and read the scriptures directly from it each day as directed by this study guide. You may also want to use your own Bible. Alternatively, the study verses will be available in several translations on the FBCC web site. In addition to the www.bibleinmotion.com/Bible_Reading.aspx daily scriptures , “ www.bibleinmotion.com/the_script.aspx The Script ,” there will be a weekly history section titled “ www.bibleinmotion.com/setting_the_scene.aspx Setting the Scene ”, questions for reflection called www.bibleinmotion.com/Snapshots.aspx Snapshots ,” and a testimonial, or “ www.bibleinmotion.com/Real_Life_Intermission.aspx Real Life Intermission ,” from one of our own church family. By reading about the events in the order they happened, this study will give you new insights into how God has worked throughout history to bring His light into the world. We hope you will join us as we watch the greatest love story ever told unfold, the www.bibleinmotion.com Bible in Motion .
