Mary's Childhood:
I grew up in central Ohio right in the middle of farm country and railroads.
I enjoyed life with my two sisters, and was grateful to have a father and mother at home for my entire childhood.
Mary's Schooling:
1964 graduate of Attica Local School - National Honor Society
1991 graduate Liberty University School of
Lifelong Learning- BA Psychology Dean’s List
; Minor - Biblical Studies
Mary's Family:
God blessed me with a husband who worked hard in a business we owned.
We raised 5 children - 2 children passed tragically:
John who passed in a house fire at age 3 is safely in heaven.
Jenny who passed in domestic violence homicide at age 23.
Fair Ministry Preparation for Mission Work:
After my children were grown I hungered to serve Christ where others could not reach out to Him as easily as in the
United States, so I prepared my heart by reaching out in a Fair Ministry for 21 years which touched more than 45 of 80 county fairs in the state of Ohio.
Mary's Call to Haiti:
I realized, as I reached retirement age, I could use my retirement income to do something that would last for
eternity: Win souls for Jesus Christ, and with the kind permission of my husband, I have striven to "bring the Gospel"
where it is little understood.
