Her 2025 Calendar Digest Links : January | February | March | April | May | June | July | August | September | October | November | December [These active links will revision-update as we get webkeeping time this year... to explain the identity of our photos.]
As we welcome you to our final DIGEST Month in 2025, I wanted to give you all a very special Christmas gift from Chris' very own hands: 3 home-made editions of her Greeting Cards in Nursing Home ministry: Merry Christmas 2025! https://aprayernoteboook.net/queenchristine/origcards/23k18cards/for2025-memorial-cards/seehercards.htm
Top Left: Chris always treated seasons of the year special, and Christmas was ALWAYS extra special because it meant communicating the Birth of Christ and sharing that news with her former supporters and family in our newsletters sent out each year. These banners appeared on our front door and living on an arterial street, MANY saw the banner each day they took our street to work or errands! Multiple banners with messages like "Glory to God in the Highest" and "Wise Men Still Seek Him"
Top Right: Each year for Christmas it was her exceeding delight to create fun for her kids for the Christmas program and the whole congregation always loved each new and original Christmas program created by the whole Sunday School classes. This was probably for Christmas, 2019
Bottom Left: This is a beautiful Mother-Daughter picture. We had Mary Wise until May 2013, and We treasured trips to OH visiting her almost as much as she loved coming to CT to visit us. Several times we recorded trips there on video. And I believe I got the best mother-in-law I could have ever asked for in Mary Wise. People in TBC still remember and love her.
Bottom Right: This picture
was snapped in the Fellowship hall of TBC during the memorial fellowship meal
after the funeral of Helen Picard. It is an unusual photo because it caught
Chris smiling when she almost always squinted. I overlaid the photo with
Christine's live-verse, Psa 28:7 The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart
trusted in Him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with
my song will I praise Him.
